This a lot of boat for the money and is priced to sell. Much equipment has been recently replaced and a new carpet wiil fitted in the saloon. The side cabin can easily be restored to sleeping accomodation only.
These craft are renowned for their heavy construction and durability and a little tidying and internal refurbishment will make it a long lasting and valuable asset.
